Please note that the balance is due 14 days before the scheduled event.

Accepted forms of payment include Credit/Debit Cards, CashApp, Apple Pay, and Zelle.

Kindly be informed that venue deposits are non-refundable. However, they can be utilized towards any additional dates scheduled at your convenience.

Here are the facility rules:

• Guests are prohibited from using tape, nails, screws, push pins, or any other objects to hang items on walls or mirrors within the facility.
• The use of confetti, including confetti balloons and glitter, is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the facility or directly in front of it or in front of any neighboring areas surrounding the event space.
• The restrooms at Legacy Event Space are equipped with electric hand-free hand dryers to prevent the use of paper towels and potential plumbing issues.
• Cooking is not permitted on-site by our guests, including deep fryers, portable ovens, or indoor or outdoor grilling.
• In Considering our community neighbors, events should not continue past midnight.
• Parents are responsible for monitoring their children and ensuring their safety by not allowing them wander around the event space alone.
• Music and noise levels should be monitored after primetime hours to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of residents in the community.
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited on-site unless a licensed bartender exists.
• All decorations and equipment brought into the facility must be removed at the end of the rental period.

• The guests acknowledge responsibility for any damages that occur during the rental and will be liable for repair expenses.
• There is a rental overage fee of $250.00 per hour for exceeding the contracted time frame.
• A security deposit of $250.00 will be charged, which will be returned within 24-48 hours following the event’s conclusion using the same payment method used by the event space guest.
• Adult parties held during certain hours may require a security fee, subject to the discretion of An Event Venue Booking Department.
• Please see your agreement for other terms for your specific event.
